How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your ZeroIn account directly from the app:

1. Open ZeroIn and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

No sign-in is required — ZeroIn identifies your account by a device-generated profile, and the in-app deletion flow removes it immediately.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the following from our server and your device:

• Your username and avatar
• Your friends list, friend requests, and game invites
• Your leaderboard record, scores, and trophies

This action cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app on your device, email us at support@zeroin.fun from the account you'd like removed, and we will delete it manually. Include your in-app username so we can locate your record.

In-app purchases

Account deletion does not refund past purchases. In-app purchases are one-time (non-subscription) and are managed by the App Store or Google Play — request a refund directly from your store account.
