1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the ZeroIn application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App.

2. The Service

ZeroIn is a timing-based skill game. It offers solo levels, private and public rooms with friends, and leaderboards. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account and Username

The App works with an identifier generated on your device. The username you choose must not contain offensive language, hate speech, or inappropriate content. Usernames that violate these rules may be changed or removed.

4. Purchases and Lives

The game uses a "lives" economy. Lives regenerate over time, and you may earn extra lives through rewarded ads or obtain additional or unlimited lives via in-app purchases. In-app purchases are processed through the App Store and Google Play and are subject to those stores' rules. Except as required by the applicable store policies, consumed virtual items are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or in any way that manipulates the service (cheating, automation, or reverse engineering).

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will try to notify you within the App. The current terms are always available on this page.
